Together Everyone Achieve More
TEAM is define in my opp ion, an opportunity to work together
have good leadership,moral, and organization skills. The concept
is this the people who are millionaire's are millionaire's because
of two reason either they were born rich or they became successful
in life through team work.
I can't picture going to NYC and sell stuff without my team
it would be easier if i had people that i trust with my product
to go door to door and sale for me.But in the other hand if
i do everything i will not accomplish nothing or my goals, because
I'm being selfish.
We need to figure out who is the leader, and what can he/she do
for you. Sometime people will sign-up people and leave them dry to
rot and then get discourage then bad mouth the company,product and
our industry which is hard to posses because of these things that
happen to persons over the years.
Remember to keep in contact with your team member's once a week
or i I'm learning to do conference call's over the phone or online with
Weber's well get back with me and leave comments on my blog and
give your opp ion on Team work....
