 First, we need to define what is the stock market. It's like a baby running , before it could crawl, same as
stocks. Must know the basic's as they say master the basics then move on to other things. First of all
what is stock's and what type of stocks there are:

Common Stock: Are issued by companies that want to raise capital for an expantion of the business, corporate buy-out , further Research & Developement

Perffered Stock: Are guranteed stock's that pay dividends so if the company dafults on all the debts and is force to sell its assets perffered stock owners would get the first chance at recovery

Split stock: Are stocks that are price  high were companies think, that investors wont be able to buy no more due to the overprice stock, so to implied a stock split stock, is for investors to have a two for one stock ownership of stock: if i had 100 shares then they will give me 200 shares more , yes the price will go down in half but when stocks go up in value so those your investment

Since we are going to talk about stocks and not bonds which is a low risk, low return we wont be discussing it in this blog.

Capital Growth: Investing for capital growth has the potential to provide and increase in value, the risk is that a stock's price can decline below value resulting in a capital loss

Divedends: Payout every qauter , from companies that generate profits and share them with investors

Ex: I bought 200 shares of Dell, at $25 that will be $5000 dollars in Capital investment, hold those shares for two years, share price stay the same but div is paid every quater @ .25 x 200x6 which equals to: $ 300

Why do people, act so ignorant against the president Barak Obama ? Is it through all people, by the people, for the people we all should live by that our four founders found our country on these very principals that people often don’t respect. For all I know the last time I saw the constitution, it says that all men are created equal And the pursuit of happiness is every one‘s goal in life is it not. So, why are people on facebook, and other news media sites posting negative comments About our reelected president Barack Obama., Just in case, you didn’t know we have the right to bear arms, the right to remain silent and the right for freedom of speech and religion. But I repeat and I repeat again if you put on your status on facebook or other sites the word “nigger” next to the president is so called fine as some people have the right to do so and we as a nation have to respect their opinion not their ignorance, and when he was declared the winner there true colors came out. How ever, this is where you draw the line and lose your rights to your freedom, when you announce on facebook “that nigger won again , and should be assassinated “ which was post by Dennis helms who by the way is not that bright cause the secret service came to her company to investigate and was immediately fired. Secret service is now investigating further and charging her with conspiracy and intent to do bodily harm against the president. When asked if she was a racist her answer was no she is not a racist but she could not answer why she put it up there in the first place. What is the word nigger, really mean? Webster’s Dictionary says the word nigger: means an ignorant person: Slave owner’s used the terminology so much it was pass on to other generation of slave owner who passed it down the line. Same as the stereotypes that follow African American’s that all they eat is watermelon, cornbread and chicken. The truth is back then the slave owners did not pay them but was a must to feed them the leftover food that was on the farm can you guess what that was the same stereotypical food that we all as a nation eat till this day. Mitt Romney fought a good fight won a few debates and won a few states but lost the war. Would he be better prepared next time? We would never know because our president term limits expired after his second term no thanks to Franklyn D Roosevelt, who won 4 consecutive terms in office starting in 1932. Some people I talk to say, he might have had a chance if he was not so wishy-washy with his financial and political views on social services, cutting services then going back to the norm saying we don’t need to cut it. He needed to make his plans more clear, and more in details what was his plans for the economy, and offending the less unfortunate black or white on their financial status. Even in his opinion on the raising of the military budget, is important some say we are safe with the military we have in fact we have over abundance of M1 TANKS that we didn’t need because a senator from a peculiar state which manufacturing them beg congress it would lose over 250 jobs now what would we do with a surplus of tanks, I know sell it to the enemy which is ironic but have no choice or use them for target practice which they do in California. The same time we can’t afford to cut too much military but think about it cutting 1% of the 500 billion dollar budget would get social service up to date. It won’t hurt in my opinion transfer those 5, billion dollars to social service like school grant, small business and educational incentives for people in inner city community. So here is my conclusion of this situation, what is wrong with, giving away medical vouchers to doctors and hospital. Wait I know the insurance companies would not be happy if you don’t need them, even if you had the extra money to pay the premiums. Healthcare reform is a hot topic for republicans to filibuster on Capitol Hill and too much to handle on the floor. Obama’s, free phone what is wrong with that? As I see it the phone companies have a monopoly on services anyway but the truth is the makers of these phones would benefit, what about the elderly who can’t afford a phone, to call emergency units just in case they are in trouble, or need assistance. The economy would always flow down or up, no matter what Obama approves there is a reason for everything and a price is money, because cash is green and cash is always is king. Think and Grow Rich..

Every time , we look at failure we should look at our self's and say why I'm i not successful?? there are many reason and the majority of the reason's is fear of failure and what other people might say or criticize. True to the fact, Napoleon Hill author of "Think and Grow Rich " did a study of over 25 years and research over 1,000 of other successful people including Andrew Carnegie who inspired him to do so. Why are millionaire's so successful is one thing , but how they earned it is another some have inherited some earn it. So why waist time on people who not earn it, and learn from those that did. We are fascinated with status and that's what they are, Celebrity's, like celebrity's famous for being famous.Donald Trump, build his real estate empire from the ground up.But it was his father who showed him knowledge Henry Ford only had a 8th grade level, so why was he so determine to build a car that won't work. Determination, what is called straight forward and hard to stop, after his engineers told him it was impossible to make a solid block of engine to work right. They said impossible he said build the damn thing anyway it took almost two years to build the v8 engine block that everybody uses. Knowledge is power, we all know this saying but is it true? yes you might have the brightest in school's but never had no technical practices to experience life and say they are book smart but have no common sense at all. So i say to you Think it and it will grow, because we can't make excuse's just Nike say's just do it and make no excuses for nobody but your self... Or be the man that gave up 3 ft from gold , sold his company to a miner who knew nothing but was smart enough to hired a engineer and was told 3 more ft and we would strike gold...
